Reserving A Unit And Moving In

  • How do I rent a storage unit?

Renting is simple! You can select and reserve your unit online or give us a call. Units are rented on a month-to-month basis with no deposit required. Payment can be made online, over the phone, or in person.

  • Do I have to sign a long-term storage contract?

No long-term commitment required. All rentals are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to stay as long — or as short — as you need.

  • Does the unit come with a lock?

Units do not include a lock. We recommend the Master Lock Disc Padlock for reliable security.

  • What do I need to do when I move out?

We are sorry to see you go! When you are ready to vacate, please follow these steps:

    • Contact us in advance — notice is required prior to move-out
    • Remove all belongings from your unit
    • Remove your lock from the unit
    • Notify us when you are fully moved out
    • We will inspect the unit and mark it as officially vacant

Please note: Rent is NOT pro-rated. Units are billed on a full month-to-month basis. We hope to serve you again in the future!

Managing My Account

  • How do I update my account information?

Simply give us a call or send us an email and we will update your information promptly.

  • Can I set up automatic payments?

Yes! We can set up automatic payments using a credit card or directly from your bank account. Automatic payments are strongly encouraged to avoid any interruption to your access.

  • How do I pay my monthly rent?

Payments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. We accept the following payment methods:

    • Debit card
    • Credit card — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express
    • Bank transfer (ACH)

Setting up automatic payments is preferred to ensure your rent is never missed.

  • What happens when my rent payment is late?

Your monthly rent is due on the first of the month. Please be aware of the following late payment policy:

    • After 1 day late — gate code access will be revoked and unit access denied
    • By day 5 — a $10.00 late fee will be charged

Protect My Belongings

  • Do I need storage property protection / insurance?

We highly recommend that all stored belongings are covered by insurance. Whether through your homeowner's policy, renter's insurance, or a dedicated storage protection plan, having coverage gives you peace of mind in the event of unexpected damage or loss. Please contact us if you have questions about coverage options.

  • How to Keep Mice and Bugs Out of Your Storage Unit

Keeping pests out is easier than dealing with them after the fact. Here are our top tips:

    • Pack items in plastic totes with airtight lids rather than cardboard boxes
    • Never store food or drinks inside your unit
    • Keep items raised a couple of inches off the ground
    • Use FRESH CAB Rodent Repellent (available on Amazon)
    • Place cedar blocks in a bowl on a shelf — cedar is a natural deterrent
    • Apply a few drops of lavender or peppermint essential oil on cotton balls and place around the unit
    • Tuck lavender dryer sheets among your stored items — the strong scent repels mice
    • Visit your unit regularly to check for any signs of pest activity
